16 years with dish and having billing issues

We've been with Dish Network for 16 years now - our bill keeps getting higher and higher I've called the retentions department several times to try to get our bill lowered and never had success they say we are in a contract but send us contracts that were from 2011 i've requested 4 times. Is there anything that they can do with a customer who used to pay per year for dish services and then had to get forced to monthly? I used to get great deals by paying per year and anymore being a monthly paying customer sucks.
