I've been a customer with dish for 13 years. Not once have I had this many problems. Call in Friday, confirm my due date as the 12th. Since Friday, I've had to call twice because my service was interupted due to a late payment. What? Then when I call, I'm put on hold for longer than I ever talk to someone because they are 'trying to look at my account'. Seriously, I've never been through such a thing. Yes I could pay my bill now but why should I? I don't get to watch my tv, why should I pay for it?
