What's that? Nothing is locked, bill just keep going up every couple of years without adding any extra channels. They do show an act of kindness by offering a PPV movie free everytime a programming fee go up!
I agree with lack of customer appreciation from Dish. I spend over $160 a month and when I asked to upgrade to the Hopper 3 I was told it would cost me $100 and monthly fee would go up $3. I hear others got to waive the installation fee, but not me. I have been a dish customer for over 20 years. It seems they made/make enough from me to absorb the $100 since they are only leasing me the equipment and will have another 2 year commitment from me.
