Has anyone else had a problem with connecting 2 headphones to hopper 3 making the second one unusable? Harsh static or otally garbled. disconnecting the good one clears up the other. Worked flawlessly till late last year and finally contacted Dish and was told they are working on the problem. Could be a hardware problem and they are just blowing it off (their "workaround" is to only connect 1 at a time. Has anyone had the problem and had it resolved with a new hopper?
Thanks in advance
Experienced the same issues late December using a H2. When I called to report the issue, the tech talked me into upgrading to the H3 believing that the upgrade would alleviate the problem. The same issues continue with no resolve date. Not happy with Dish’s response to the Bluetooth issue but very happy with the H3.
Our engineers are currently investigating the root cause of this issue. To avoid audio distortion, we do recommend that you only connect one device at a time.
Once a solution is found, it would be included on the next possible update.
