bad service, very unhappy part 2

Now it seems that my other issues are somewhat better, although I still get an error code when I change channels. Now when I try to watch the dvr the show skips and buffers like I dont have internet connection or there is no satellite connection. I cant watch the shows I record and am getting irritated with this issue as well. this satellite system plain sucks. again if I cant get these issues worked out I will be going back to direct. I was promised good service and as of yet I have been unhappy.

What error code exactly are you getting involving signal loss? Is there a signal code at all when it comes up? When the recording skips or buffers, do you ever see something like 'Partial recording has been lost due to signal loss'?

thats exactly what is stated. it happens anytime i record.
