I had Hopper 3 installed today with three wireless Joyes. The Joey in one of my rooms stopped working. Upon resetting and restarting, I just keep getting this message on the bottom right-hand screen of the TV "Startup 9999."
Is there a solution to get the wireless Joey to get out of the endless loop of "Startup 9999" message and to boot up?
Can a factory reset be done manually?
