I signed us up for Dish Outdoors today for our RV. I have the VIP211k receiver. It does not have a smartcard in the slot. This evening, I received an email saying my order is on its way... on the order it shows my Flex Pack and G4 Smartcard. I was (eventually, after almost 2 hours on the phone) able to get my receiver and dish up and running at around 6pm and have no idea why I'm receiving anything. This email came 3 hours later. Can anyone shed light on why I might have received this email?
