I am experiencing this exact problem, and reported it to customer support earlier today. They told me it is a known issue and that engineering is currently working on a resolution. My Hopper is running software version U137, updated on 11/16/2018. For those of you who are no longer having the problem, what software version are you running? If it makes any difference, my 54.0 remote is using firmware version E011T504EW54. Also, the CS rep said that she had personally spoken to 15-20 customers having this problem in the past week or so.
