VIP 722 was losing signal constantly (31-11-45). Technician replaced last week with another 722. Worked great for 2-3 days. I am now experiencing the same Complete Signal loss. I have rebooted, unplugged for several minutes and even removed the Power Inserter with no success. I have two 722k receivers located at other locations within the house with no problems what so ever.
McBrideTM, thank you for trying these steps to attempt to resolve the signal loss message. Just to verify, the receiver or dish has not been moved to a new location after the tech was out there, correct? If so, then we would need to get a tech back out there for you.
