I have been transferring shows from my recordings to folders for weeks. Within the last few days when I click on manage recordings many of my recordings do not show up to transfer to a folder. They are on the my recordings page but do not show up on the transfer page for me to transfer them. What can I do?

What is your Hopper model, software version and how was this timer created? There are a couple known issues with folders.

Hopper 3. Don't know my software version....tell me how to check for it? Some are recorded via PTAT and some are manually recorded.

No need to check the software version. These are both indeed known issues with the new UI and we hope they can be resolved swiftly
