Nope. When i press transfer automatically transfers to device. Not giving any options still.

Okay, thank you. The next step we want to do is to reset the HopperGo to factory defaults. This will delete all recordings that are currently stored on the HopperGo. 

To reset the HopperGo to factory defaults, use a paperclip to press in the recessed button on the back of the HopperGo for about 10 seconds. Once you do this, press and hold the power button on the front of the HopperGo until the power light comes back on.

Once the HopperGo has been reset, try reconnecting it to the Hopper and see if you're able to transfer recordings.

Nope still not giving me the option.

Since the Hopper is not recognizing the Hopper Go, are you able to try another port or plug a phone cable into the USB ports and see if the Hopper begins to charge the phone?

Yes it charges my phone. The hopper seems to be picking up the connection but not the app or the website.
