Again, I just started with Dish and I am VERY disappointed with the wait times when calling Dish for account questions and now a 25 minute wait for Tech Support. This is unacceptable.
I can see five minutes but NOT 25 minutes.
Dish was installed Sunday, called for account help on Monday, that was a 15 minute wait.
Come on Dish, am I going to regret leaving ATT/ DirectTV?
