Well there was another software update for the hopper. Did it solve anybodies issues? It did not fix my issues with the favorites list or home media. So Dish, what did the the software update do??? I am still waiting for the fix that I was promised back in May! Dish sure does make a lot of promises but they do not provide any info on what the updates do for the customers. Heck of a way to run a company.
So Dish. Is anybody from Dish going to respond to these issues? I thought this was a support forum, not just a complaint forum. With a "support" forum Dish should be responding and helping to resolve the issues that "we" the customers are having. So far just crickets. Going on 6 plus months with issues and no help so far. Dish we are waiting.
