Slow response switching from Netflix to regular TV

We have noticed over a period of time that the switching from Netflix to the TV has gotten excruciatingly slow. This is gotten very bad since the UI upgrade a while ago. Responsiveness is part of customer satisfaction. Has anyone else noticed this or reported it?

Do you know which version of Hopper that you have? It'll say on the front left of the box -- Hopper 3, Hopper with Sling, or just Hopper.

I have the same problem. They don't care about those of us with the older Hopper versions. They want you to upgrade to the Hopper 3 so why fix these problems on the old models? It's all about selling more equipment.

Hows long is "excruciatingly slow"?
Seems to only take about 5-10 seconds maybe to exit from the app to Live TV.
