We have noticed over a period of time that the switching from Netflix to the TV has gotten excruciatingly slow. This is gotten very bad since the UI upgrade a while ago. Responsiveness is part of customer satisfaction. Has anyone else noticed this or reported it?
I have the same problem. They don't care about those of us with the older Hopper versions. They want you to upgrade to the Hopper 3 so why fix these problems on the old models? It's all about selling more equipment.
