Changed w 3 diff sets of (tested) batts...nothing
Tried: remove batts & pushed power button 10x
This is 2nd remote for second box.
This is what it says on back of remote: 4.4 IR/UHF PRO

i have the same problem

called my local dealer this am...left message as directed...still no call back at least 5 hrs

figured i need a new unit since not even any lights after 4 spanking new duracells tried

 

any chance you might be able to assist another frustrated freind...assuming you are still around lol
