I've been dealing with the same problem for about a year now. I know how to unlock it but it's only a temp fix. Guide might work fine for an hour or 2 but then it locks up again. If it's still a problem when my contract is up I'll be going to one of the streaming services. I find it hard to believe that this issue has been ongoing for 2 years now. There's absolutely no excuse for that. I've spoken with the tech people and all they say is they're aware of the problem and are working on it.
