We have had DISH for many years. For most of those years we have had problems getting good reception for one of our local channels. We record Good Morning America and The View (our local channel 7 ABC) every day and more days than not there is disruption of the recording due to picture pixelating or going to a yellow or even black screen. We have called several times about this problem with no resolution. Lately I have been calling about once a week just to inform DISH that the problem is ongoing and not resolved. It is so frustrating because sometimes I'll get a representative that is articulate, easy to understand and seems to completely get the picture of what is going on. Another time I will get a representative I have difficulty understanding and who doesn't appear to grasp the reason I am calling. Is this a problem that can actually be corrected or should we look into a different provider in order to enjoy our morning shows without interruption?
