When I log in and select Contact US, there is a Chat Bar at the bottom. When I click on it, nothing happens,
I used to see a bubble on the bottom right of the screen, but I no longer see that and have not been able
to contact DISH for weeks! Because I am hearing impaired, it is very important to me to be able to chat to
avoid misunderstandings. If chat is not available, I would prefer email over the use of phone. It is very
important to me and with out one or the other, I feel like I have no support from DISH.
