We rent a lot of movies OnDemand. On the Hopper, the movies play fine. They appear on the Joey's, but when they play, either the sound doesn't work, or the screen totally freezes. Vice versa, if the movie is rented from one of the Joey locations, the same happens. We've had Dish out to look at the problem, as well as our cable internet provider (it's running at the highest speed available, no reason this should a speed or connection issue). We've rebooted the entire system at the hopper, unplugged the router to reboot, called DISH and had it rebooted from the center. Any ideas? Anyone else have this issue?
