Hello, equestriancolt. With the 40.0 remote, you would press the Menu button twice to get to the Diagnostics screen. Go down to Tools and select Reset to Factory Defaults. On the next screen, select Reset Netflix To Defaults, then click on Yes on the pop-up.
Hi, mbrumfield! I hate to hear you're having issues with Netflix. Are you experiencing the issue with the Joey freezing up after exiting Netflix? If so, were you able to try the Whole Home Reset and resetting the Netflix App to resolve this?
First of all I don't have Joeys, Just Hopper with Sling. Secondly, while I was on the phone with DISH tech support, we did all of those with ZERO results, other than I had to go in afterward to reset all of my settings.
