NATGEO VOLUME\AUDIO FLUCTUATIONS

I have searched for relevant issues with NATGEO VOLUME\AUDIO FLUCTUATIONS and finding less than expected.
There is a problem that [b:21j86h8f]only occurs on channel 367[/b:21j86h8f] where the narrator's volume fluctuates between low and normal levels. This occurs regardless of any settings or AUDIO output devices.
I cannot stress enough that this [b:21j86h8f]ONLY OCCURS ON NATGEO CHANNEL 367.[/b:21j86h8f]
It has been this way since I joined dish network.
Is there not anyone else who experiences this problem?
The problem also goes away during commercials.
Frustrated, I just filed a complaint with the FIX @

However, I do not rely on them to do anything about it.

Surely there must be others having this same issue?
Is it a Dish issue or Natgeo issue?
Thks

I made a HUGE mistake.
It is not NATGEO.. it is the Smithsonian channel 367
Sorry about that

I do not show any reported issues with the Smithsonian channel. Since this is the only issue we can get this reported to our programming IT department so they can take a look into the issue. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power outlet for at least 15 seconds yet?
