My Account - Upgrade Loop

I am trying to pay my bill with My Account.

When I go into it I get the warning about having no pin.

OK

Then I get a pop-up telling me I need to upgrade the software to use My Account. Go to Diagnostics>Tools>Upgrade Software.

That tells me I am on the latest software SWID U502

I rebooted and same thing. Endless loop!

I have an H3 running U502 upgraded on 8/31/2017
