Missing channels between main and joey

We have noticed in a number of cases that not all channels are on both the main unit and the Joey. Shouldn't they be the same?

Any idea of a reason for this, and what needs to be done to correct?

Different guide settings on each device.

If you use a favorites list, it needs to be set up for each TV, it does not sync. If you use the all subscribed list it will be the same on both tv's.

No we don't use the favorites. We were receiving DIY for the longest time on the Joey, but not main for at least 4-6 months. After your question, I see it is gone now.

I didn't mention favorites specifically because there are also other guide settings. With the channel being DIY and now being gone, it would depend on what subscription you have but as that was recently on a free preview (I believe, could be wrong) it might be because one guide was set to all, one guide was set to all subscribed.
