A very unhappy customer wants some help. Here's the thing the Joey receivers I have in our bedroom as well as downstairs for my father do not work well far too often. Nearly every single day usually after 7pm they stop working. To be specific the video freezes as well as choppy, the audio can either stop or become unsynced. Often our most watched channels say they are not receiving signals.
As a customer that pays $200.00+ a month I do hope you read this and respond.
Calling in to support and spending an hour on the phone to have someone send a signal or have me refresh/reset the main receiver or the Joey is not how I want to spend my time (done that more than enough)
43 years old and this is my first time as a Dish Customer already one year through a two year contract. What would make me happy is to be sent two new Joey units and a return label for the faulty ones.
Replacement Joeys likely will not fix the issue. You need to have the node or Hub looked at, along with all cable fittings.
