I looked but haven't found a thread on this so here are my concerns/questions. Ever since the big update with the different menus, screens, etc. everything is very slow. For example: when I go into recordings, it takes forever for all the recordings to load. It didn't do this before the update. There are several things that take too long to load but by far the biggest thing is when you first turn on the TV and the Hopper is in standby, it takes a while to "resume session". I used to just hit select (or any button) and the programming would come on. Now I have to wait several seconds to even a minute.
Another problem I found was when trying to watch a recorded show. Sometimes the screen will just go black when I hit either start over or resume. I then have to exit DVR, then go back into it, then try the recording again. Usually it will play the second time, although it has taken multiple attempts to get a recording to play.
Is there a known problem with the update or do I need to change some settings? BTW, I have 2 Hoppers and 2 Joeys and they all are slow after the update.
Has a full or partial reset been performed ON the hopper and joeys?

When we returned from vacation our dvr had updated software. The problem is it is so sllooooooooooww. Everything I click on is slow. Since I don't see anyone else complaining about this, is it only on our dvr?
