I added Showtime to my account yesterday, around 2:00PM. 

The showtime channels have not been added yet.

How long does this take?

I see that it's no longer showing in My Programming.  I got on Chat, and they have re-added it.  I have no idea what's going on.   I'm supposed to have the channels in 15-20 minutes.  We'll see.

I posted the above comment 38 minutes ago.  I still don't have Showtime.

I have contacted customer service to have them cancel adding Showtime - therefore I no longer need assistance in this matter.

In my experience with adding channels it's almost immeadiate.
