I turned my Hopper 3 off yesterday morning after streaming a show from Netflix. I turned it back on in the afternoon to find it looping through the startup screens. First several Hopper logos followed by the Starting up message in the bottom right. It never processes. Sometimes it restarts and goes back to the logos
Customer tech support asked for the usual - reset - power down - use a different power outlet (that's a ne one on me)
Later they suggested that this is a known software problem. So there just be others out there with Anne irked Hopper
Since it's know. They weren't going to do anything until there a known fix. Not very reassuring on Super Bowl weekend.
This might just be my last few days with Dish after 20 years of watching.
