Hopper 3 fail code 1599 multiple resets

Have the Hopper 3. It goes off and then gives code box 1599. Then reboots. After reboot it goes off again and again. 10-20 times. This continues multiple times before the programming stays on and recordings resume. It’s very frustrating!!

Dish has replaced Hopper twice. Same thing happens again. No help from Tech support

Power supply is steady and good voltage. No surge bar. Receiver is on an open counter top. Nothing is under it. Not a hot area.

Have tried every reset know. Partial etc. no fix.

Ready to cancel my service!

Any real help out there?

I do and I keep getting the 1599 error
