Experiencing issues after getting the over the air channels installed.

Recently we've had over the air channels installed so we could access local channels. After a technician came out and installed the channels we've been experiencing problems. One all the over the air channels say "no information available" in guide. With a few letting us see the show name for only the current and next hour. As well as I can only record the shows that's currently on and nothing else in the future for the OTA channels. As well as my voice remote doesn't work after the installation took place.
