So... we have had to change install days 3 times now. Because they keep pushing back the arrival time of our "TECH" who wants to have a tech show up at 645pm for a 3-4 hour install? I figured i would post on here before we cancel everything.

Customer service has been less than helpful and thats if you can get past the 30 min wait times. The online chat support admitted to me that they can do nothing but pass info up the chain. I have that in the chat documents I had emailed to me i will be posting on facebook and twitter.
