An elderly couple who are friends are having issues with their Hopper. They have Hughesnet as their internet provider. The problem is with Netflix. They are able to login and play the first five minutes of a program. After that they get a pop up message that states there is no internet connect. Sure enough when you go into the network, none of the servers are available and there is no internet connection.
However, when you launch netflix again, it comes right back up and starts playing again for another 5 minutes.
