mcjohnson74, if you arrow right repeatedly with the DISH remote on the guide, do you get a "318" Pop-up? If not, have you tried to unplug the receiver from the power outlet for 15 seconds, then plug back in to check if that initiate the download?
I'm havind the same issue on a Hopper Duo. The guide fails to update and I only notice it when I pull the guide up to see what is on, The guide will not go past a set time (usually 6:30 am ot pm) no matter how many times I try to scroll to the right. This has happened multiple times. The way to "fix" it, is to turn the hopper off for at least 30 minutes, That is the only help I have received from tech support.
sriceky, lets make sure that your satellite status shows green as the guide is downloaded by the sats. Can you press the Menu/Home button three times and scroll down to Status, Check Status, then Yes. Allow the status at the top to reach 100%. Once it does, can you tell me the color of the check marks in box "E"?
