I called customer service last night and they are working on this. Said i wasn't the only one with issues.
My DVR shows that i have zero recordings but i have limited time left on my DVR so i know they are there. So when i reboot/unplug after the lengthy reboot everything is there as it should be. until i turn the TV off and turn i on again then they are all gone again.
WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED. WHY AM I PAYING FOR A DVR IS IT DOESN'T WORK.
