Channels missing after rep worked on system remotely

My channels disappeared after representative worked on system remotely!!! One satellite isn't showing up... So all locals, Fox News, hallmark, etc. are missing!! Now I have to wait for a technician to come out!!! Any suggestions? Calling doesn't work, I've been on the phone all evening yesterday & all morning today.

If you go to your Guide now after the check switch test, do you see your channels and are you able to view them?

Can anyone tell me what the following issue means?

I get this when I do a status check trying to find these missing channels.

Go into your system info screen, and which satellites are showing good?

Satellite 72 is the only one.

Go into Diagnostis, then Dish, then Test Installation

That means you’re missing 61.5. That’s where the majority of your channels will come from. That is where your issue lies.

I did that and only shows satellite 72. Would the representative turned something off? I'm unsure of how much they can do on their end.

We aren't able to turn the satellites off your account, if you're not receiving that satellite it would be necessary to have a tech come out and adjust your dish so it sees that satellite as well.

Is there a 3-digit number in the upper right of the message you're getting?
