Hello Standril, I hate to hear you are having problems with your service and would like to help get this resolved as soon as possible. Are you still having the issue on CBS? Is this happening on any other channels? If your weather is clear, please check to make sure all cables are tightly connected and that nothing is blocking your dish outside the home. If everything looks good, try rebooting your receiver by disconnecting the power for 30 seconds and see if there is any change.
