There are two things we really need to correct.
First, the nightly updates. 1am is a really bad time. The truth is, there is no one time that works for everyone. According to Google, 18% of America wirks at night. How convenient do you think that is for those customers on their days off? We need a setting that allows our customers to set the time to their preference.
The hopper allows auto play of multiple episodes. But there's a problem. Regardless of sort method, it plays in order of most recent recording first. You'd be watching backwards... finally first, season premiere last. C'mon now. Let's fix this.

System issue that prevents the update to be done at a time of choosing. The download will take place between 1-5 am. It will only do it once every 72 hours if you do not have the receiver off at 1AM. Not likely to see that change any more. That was the compromise.

I do work for Dish. And even if it only downloads once in 72 hours... out still resets on its own. We're better than this.

Again, it is a system limitation, and with the Hopper software, cannot be done. That's why the 72 hours is the compromise, compared to previously was every night.
