AUTOPLAY BROKEN! plays one song and stops

When will you fix the audio streaming issue where it only plays one song and stops?
It's been over 6 months now!

I tried the streaming app that came with your service.

I also tried Nero Homemedia and autoplay doesn't work there either. Autoplay is set to ON under settings. Both streamers used to work until you updated the OS and many problems arose.

Pandora skipping is an issue our Tech Ops team is aware of and working to get resolved. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for when the issue will be resolved.

I’m talking about the Home media function provided by dish. You know, where you can play mp3s
you own? Auto play used to work but stopped since your last buggy update

Just so we can be on the same page, are you using the Dish Music app, or the home media function built into the Hopper?

I am using the home media function built into the Hopper.
I have no idea what the Dish Music app is.

While it isn't your specific situation, the only known issue we have with the Home Media player is videos playing in the upper right corner of the screen. Often our operations team will roll multiple issues under the same one, but I can get this sent along on my side and they will link it to that one if it is part of the same issue.
